The users can view and download the usersr running account information and database usage history. The users can check the usersr My Page by clicking OwlDB Console > My Page.

Account management

The users can check the usersr OwlDB account information and change the usersr password.

Usage management

The users can check the usersr database usage history, excluding infrastructure resources. Actual billing history and details can be found in the usersr CSP invoice.

Caution

The usage charges provided by Usage Management are rounded amounts. They may differ from the actual amount the users are billed by the usersr CSP.

Usage

The users can view the usersr OwlDB usage for the current month. Usage is updated daily at 00 UTC. Databases that have been deleted or stopped are counted as long as they had usage during the lookup period.

1. Navigate to the OwlDB console screen > My Page > Manage Usage > Usage.

2. View a summary of the usersr usage for the current month by duration, number of databases, and total charges.

3. View a complete list of the usersr usage.

Usage history

The users can view and download the usersr usage history for the last five years. Usage history is updated on the first day of each month UTC.

1. Navigaet to the OwlDB console screen > My Page > Usage Management > Usage History menu.

2. View a list of the usersr monthly usage history. a. The users can pull down the range the users want to view with the date picker. b. Click the checkboxes to pull down the usage history the users want to download. The users can pull down multiple selections to download them all at once.

3. Click the name of the monthly usage report to view the detailed usage history.
