Commit Setting (Uncommitted List)
When the Auto Commit status of the currently active editor session is OFF, the users can proceed to manage uncommitted transactions.
The users can enter the screen by clicking the 
button on the SQL Editor Toolbar. When the users enter the Commit Setting modal screen, they users can view the list of uncommitted transactions in the currently active editor session and perform commit and rollback operations on those transactions.
Additionally, the users can view and change the current Auto Commit status.
