Preparation for installation

Check and complete the following preparation steps before starting installation and test for Tibero Studio.

Clean up existing configuration directories (Windows only)

On Windows operating systems, before a clean installation of Tibero Studio, delete existing configuration files to prevent functional errors, such as disabling shortcut keys.

If existing configuration files remain, proceed as follows

1. Open Explorer Navigate to C:\Users\[User name]\AppData\Roaming folder.

2. Delete the existing folder Find the tibero-studio-3 folder and delete it.

3. Execute Tibero Studio

   Run the new Tibero Studio executable file and check if it works.

Prepare the installation files

Download the Tibero Studio installation file from the Tmax official site.

1. Access Tmax tech support site

   Go to the Tmax tech support site.

2. Log in

   Log in with the account. Without an account, sign up for one.

3. Download the installation file (binary compressed file)

   • Select [Download] from the top menu.

   • Go to [Database] > [Tibero] > [Tibero Studio 3.0] > [Download].

   • Select the installation file for users operating system at the bottom of the page and download it.
