All Groups

This menu is accessible only to Super Admins and allows the users to create, edit, and delete groups.

Clicking on each column header allows the users to sort by that column.

The contents of each column are as follows.

Number of members belonging to the group

Clicking on the group name in each row will take the users to the detailed page for that group.

This menu displays information about users currently belonging to the group.

Each item is as follows.

The user's mobile phone number

Creating a group

Click the Create button at the top left to create a new group.

Item
Description

Group Name

Specify the name of the group to be created.

Instance

Specify the instance to be assigned to the group.

Member&Name

Specify the users to be added to the group based on their IDs.

Role

Specify the role of the user in the group.

Description

Enter a description of the group.

Edit Group

Click the More button on the right side of each row in the group, then click the Edit button to edit the group.

In the group edit screen, the users can edit the group name, instance, and group members.

Users currently in the group are displayed with a checkbox, while those not in the group are displayed with an empty box.

To remove an existing member, click the checkbox to uncheck it.

To save all changes, click the Update button.

Group Deletion

Similar to Edit, click the "More" button on the far right of each row, then click the "Delete" button.

When a group is deleted, all roles associated with that group are removed. If users were only members of that group, they will automatically be assigned to the "Undefined" group.

If there are users logged in with a role from a deleted group, they will be automatically redirected to the group selection page.
