Create Report

The users can generate an ASH Report for a specific instance by clicking the Create Report button on the [ASH Report] page.

When the users click the Create Report button, the screen for creating an ASH Report appears. Both the Default Option and Datetime Option must be set for the ASH Report to be created.

• Default Option

  

  • The Report Name is provided by default (instance name_ASH_{Created Time}) and can be changed by the user.

  • Created by is fixed as Datetime.

• Datetime Option

  

  • This option allows the users to set the time period to be queried for generating the ASH Report.

  • The users must enter the date and time for Begin Time and End Time, with the time set in 24-hour format (hours, minutes, seconds).

  • The users can select one item from the Instance selection dropdown menu. The dropdown options are "All Instances in this cluster" (all instances in the cluster) and "Instances registered in the SysMaster DB within the cluster" (only instance names registered in the SysMaster DB within the cluster are displayed). When an instance is selected, only the corresponding items are displayed in the snapshot list.

  

  • ASH Report is only supported in TXT format.

When the users click "Create," the ASH Report is generated based on the selected options.
