Create Report
The users can create a TPR Report for a specific instance by clicking the Create Report button on the [TPR Report] page.
When the users click the Create Report button, an instance selection window will appear. Select an instance to display the TPR Report Create screen.

If the parameters do not include a Snapshot and Baseline that can be used to generate a TPR Report, a message indicating that report generation is not possible will be displayed.

The Create Report function on the TPR Report page is conducted in two steps.
Step 1. Set the report name and parameters.

The Report Name is provided by default (instance name_TPR_{Created Time}) and can be changed by the user.
Parameters allow the users to select either Snapshot or Baseline.
When selecting Snapshot, the users can choose one of Snapshot ID, Snapshot Global ID, or Datetime to generate the TPR report.
When selecting Baseline, proceed to the next step without further configuration.
Step 2. Depending on the extraction method, the sub-items to be set in Step 2 will vary.
1. Snapshot - When selecting Snapshot ID
The users can select a specific Snapshot ID or a specific Snapshot range to generate a TPR Report. The Snapshot ID Option and Specific Snapshot Settings are mutually exclusive. (When the Specific Snapshot Settings option is selected, the Snapshot ID Option is disabled.)

Snapshot ID Option
This feature generates a TPR Report using a single snapshot.
A dropdown list of snapshots is provided, displaying the Snapshot ID, Instance name, and time zone information for each snapshot.
The users can search by selecting the Snapshot ID and time period, and users can select only one item from the snapshot list.
Specific Snapshot Settings
This feature allows the users to generate a TPR Report by selecting a time interval.
By selecting one each of Begin Snapshot and End Snapshot, a TPR Report is generated using the snapshots within the selected interval.
The list displayed when selecting a snapshot is the same as the Snapshot ID.
The users can select one item from the Instance selection dropdown menu. The dropdown menu options are "All Instances in this cluster" (all instances in the cluster) and "Instances registered in SysMasterDB within the cluster" (only instance names registered in SysMasterDB within the cluster are displayed).
When selecting an instance, only the items corresponding to the selected instance are displayed in the snapshot list.
Report Settings
The users can set the report type.
When extracting as a snapshot, two formats are supported: HTML and TXT.
2. Snapshot - When selecting Snapshot Global ID
A TPR Report is generated using the previously created GID. The Snapshot Global ID Option and Specific Snapshot Global ID Settings are mutually exclusive. (When the Specific Snapshot Global ID Settings option is enabled, the Snapshot Global ID Option is disabled.)

Snapshot Global ID Option
This feature creates a TPR Report using a single Global Snapshot.
A dropdown list of snapshots is provided, and the list displays the Snapshot GID, Instance name, and time zone information for each snapshot.
The users can search by selecting the Snapshot GID and period, and users can select only one item from the snapshot list.
Specific Snapshot Global ID Settings
This feature allows the users to generate a TPR Report by selecting a GID range.
By selecting one each of Begin Snapshot and End Snapshot, a TPR Report is generated using the snapshots within the selected range.
The list displayed when selecting a snapshot is the same as the Snapshot Global ID option.
Report Settings
The users can set the report type.
When extracting from snapshots, two formats are supported: HTML and TXT.
3. When selecting Snapshot - Datetime
Select the desired time zone snapshot to generate a TPR Report. The Datetime Option and Specific Datetime Settings options are interrelated. (The Datetime Option must be set before configuring the Specific Datetime Settings option.)

Datetime Option
This option sets the time zone for the snapshot used to generate the TPR Report.
The users must enter the date and time for Begin Time and End Time settings. Time can be set in 24-hour format, including hours, minutes, and seconds.
The default value for End Time is set to the End Time value of the most recent Snapshot, and the default value for Start Time is set to 24 hours prior to the End Time default value.
The instance selection is the same as the instance selection in Specific Snapshot Settings.
Specific Datetime Settings
This feature allows the users to create a TPR by setting a specific date or time zone from the time zones selected in the Datetime Option.
This can be toggled on or off, and when enabled, the users can set the detailed time zone.
If the Datetime Option is set to 2025/1/1 - 2025/1/31, and the Specific Datetime Settings are set to Mon, Tue, Wed, 09:00-18:00, the TPR will be created using snapshots from the time period 2025/1/1 - 2025/1/31 on Mondays, Tue, and Wed from 09:00 to 18:00.
The users can select specific dates using Specific Days and set the desired time range using Begin Time and End Time. However, in the Specific Datetime Settings, only the time (24-hour format, hours and minutes can be set, but seconds cannot be set) can be configured for Begin/End Time.
Report Settings
The users can select the report type.
When extracting as a snapshot, two formats are supported: HTML and TXT.
Caution
If the report generation fails due to an incorrect Datetime input, Report Creation Unavailable No snapshot exists for this instance to create a report. Please modify the settings or turn off [Specific Datetime Settings]. The following notification appears.
4. When selecting Baseline

Select one of the existing baselines to generate the TPR Report. The baseline list displays the Baseline ID and Baseline Name, and provides a search function. When extracting a baseline, only the TXT format is supported.
